Fifty years ago, John Lennon and Yoko Ono held their famous Bed-In for Peace at the Hilton hotel in Amsterdam. By lying in bed for a week and inviting the international press, the newlyweds drew attention to world peace. Their room was decorated with slogans such as "Hair Peace" and "Bed Peace" and images of the peace symbol. Photographer Nico Koster witnessed this historic honeymoon. The Jan van der Togt Museum is exhibiting his photo series from April 4 to May 5, 2019.
